Through my work I support contemporary athletes and artists to become better at breathing so that they can perform on their highest level longterm.
The approach of the Oxygen Advantage Method is science based and devotes a clear structure to everyone who deals with breath-related issues, panic attacks, performance pressure.

Being a professional dancer myself, while working as a movement therapist and during my career as a Stott Pilates Instructor for healthy and injured artists and athletes, I can tell that implementing a clear understanding of simple sets of reps of science based breath work is changing the lives of young competing athletes, dancers, fighters, musicians and many more.
